Return & Refund Policy

Signal TV provides a digital IPTV service. Because access is delivered electronically and activated shortly after purchase, all sales are final.

We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of our free trial (where available) or start with a 1-month plan to ensure the service meets their expectations before committing to a longer subscription.

No Refunds or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and the service has been activated:

• Orders cannot be canceled

• Orders cannot be transferred

• Orders cannot be refunded, partially or in full

This applies to all subscription lengths and connection types.

Service Activation

• Activation typically occurs within approximately 1 hour after payment

• Activation details are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address and device information are entered correctly

Failure to provide correct information does not qualify for a refund.

Technical Support

If you experience setup issues or technical difficulties:

• Our support team is available to assist with configuration and troubleshooting

• We will work with you to ensure the service functions as intended on supported devices

Technical assistance does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Accepted Use

Subscriptions are for personal use only and are limited to the number of connections purchased. Exceeding the allowed number of connections may result in service suspension without refund.

This is a digital TV service.

• Compatible with popular IPTV apps (setup instructions provided after purchase)

• Internet connection required (recommended 25 Mbps or higher per device)

• Service is delivered electronically — nothing is shipped

Sharing beyond the purchased number of connections is not permitted.
